Wonder Class (grades K-2)

The name for this gathering of our youngest learners just sort of fell into being. It really is the perfect one-word-description for what we hope for them. We want to hold space for these curious ones to marvel at classic art, history, literature, music, movement and much more in their time together each week.

Fables, Folk tales and fairy tales

Drawing largely from Ambleside Online and other trusted sources, we read and enjoy many wonderful stories as the foundation for this class time. We do not dissect or analyze, we read for delight, especially at these tender ages.

Afternoon Hour 1 & 2

Nature study is an integral part of our Scholé community. Afternoon classes usually include nature club (Exploring Nature with Children), Outdoor/Game time or LEGO hour.
